About Us
Mitchell Eckley
Mitchell
Eckley, a Tampa, Florida native, owned and operated Southeast
Electrical Construction Corporation, beginning in 1989. Five years
later, in 1994 he noticed a need for experienced contractors in the
unregulated business of residential and commercial home inspections. At
this time he expanded the business into the incorporation of Original
Contractors and Inspectors, Inc. This move allowed Mitchell to explore
more areas of the construction & inspection industry where he spent
the next ten years working all over the Tampa Bay area, as well as
other cities in the state of Florida.
Today, Mitchell is back in the construction industry full time.
He is not only working on construction ventures & remodeling, he
has also recognized a large void in the relocation process for busy
individuals as well. In this arena, his expansive construction
knowledge and industry contacts have proven very useful in assisting
others to make the entire process a simpler task. Whether moving across
town, or across the country, Eckley Contracting Group will handle all
of the details that are not typically handled by your realtor or
builder.
Eckley Contracting Group will develop a personalized bundle of
services that will meet your individual needs. Having an experienced
team working by your side every step of the way to deal with the
contractors and the everyday hassles involved in your project will
ensure that you will be in your home or business in less time and with
less stress.

Maria Eckley
From
the beginning of her career in 1991, Maria Eckley has collected an
expansive resume covering many important areas in today’s business
world. Working for several years managing the customer service
department for a marketing company in Tampa, she performed functions in
many areas such as human resources, department planning and training.
After a fairly short hiatus taken to raise her young family, Maria
decided to change directions towards the real estate world. Being one
of the support personnel to 25 realtors and office staff, she gained
experience on the transactional side of home buying and selling. Most
importantly this contractual experience directly led to her position at
Bausch & Lomb Pharmaceuticals as a Contract Analyst at their Tampa
location. For seven years, she honed her computer proficiency; managed
software upgrade & implementation projects; reviewing/writing
complicated legal documents; and, analyzing sales and margins.
Today, Maria has joined with her husband Mitchell to further expand the
knowledge base of Eckley Contracting Group, LLC.
